Disconnect the negative battery cable.</div><div>Place mower securely on jack stands and do not allow machine to move. Chock front wheels and remove drive wheels.</div><div>Remove and discard the existing cross brace and hardware.</div><div>Attach new cross brace to each transmission using the provided cap screws and provided hardware.</div><div>Tighten until all hardware is in place.</div><div>Replace drive wheels, remove chocks from front wheels, lower the mower from the jack stands, connect the negative battery cable.</div>
