It is for removing shims for cam to lifter bucket clearance adjustments on engines requiring special tool for SST 09248-64011 0924864011
Place the Tool hooks under cam shaft and pushes down on the edgeof the lifter bucket depressing it enough to enable shim to be removed and installed.
